A trullo is an ancient little building made of stone, formed by a circular or square base and a cone-shaped cupola, on top of which there is usually a pinnacle there is often whitewashed, therefore it stands out of the grey stones under it; this building is generally quite small specially if compared to a modern house. You can find them near Alberobello and Locorotondo two towns in the wonderful Puglia... yes I like Puglia and I swear, I am not paid by tourism office...
